Just take note that handmade items, such as pottery, can have variations as they are hand crafted, and no two are identical. We would be happy to send on pictures of our in ‘stock items’ if required. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your intention to return the goods. This must be done within seven days after receiving them. Items can then be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase, and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs. The refund will be made through the original method of online payment, Stripe. All items must be in the same condition they arrived in. With tags attached, unworn and in any original packaging. If items are not in the original condition, we have the right to deny any refund. Any return postage or shipping costs must be borne by you, the customer. Cottage Handcrafts does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged return packages or parcels. We would suggest using a tracked/insured method of return.
If your purchase has been damaged or broken while en route, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will require a picture of the damaged goods. After that, we can offer a replacement or a full refund which will include shipping costs.
